By accessing or using Uptime Guard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Uptime Guard is a website uptime monitoring service that checks the availability and response time of your websites at regular intervals. The service includes a web dashboard, Chrome browser extension, and alert notifications via email, push, and webhooks.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only monitor websites that you own or have permission to monitor. You may not use the service to perform load testing, DDoS attacks, or any malicious activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. Prices are in USD. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment for unused service periods.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our monitoring service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.
7. Intellectual Property
Uptime Guard and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Uptime Guard. You retain ownership of your monitoring data. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Uptime Guard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
